My cousin Becky made these for me when I was back in Cleveland for a visit a few months ago, and each time I’ve made them for parties they’ve been a huge hit! They are so easy to make, and you can use any type and flavor of cake mix. So far I’ve tried white and vanilla – I’m sure that chocolate will be delicious as well.
- 1 box dry cake mix
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup veggie oil
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. almond extract (optional)
Mix together, roll in balls, then roll in sugar. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.
